Chartwise
It reads the chart while there's still time to fix it.
Chartwise reads clinical notes as they're written and flags the gaps before a chart is closed — while the clinician still remembers the patient. Crucially, every suggestion is scored against certified-coder ground truth, so it's measured on the exact standard the hospital is billed against, not a comfortable proxy.
Most clinical-AI pitches ask you to trust a number the model grades itself on. Elena showed up with the harder version: hold me to what the coders decide. That's the kind of honesty we'd rather bet on than a prettier demo.

Dr. Elena Ruiz
Co-founder & CEO
Elena is a physician who got pulled into informatics and never really left. She built the first version of Chartwise inside a hospital, on nights and weekends, because the review process it replaced was driving her clinicians up the wall.

Building AI that has to be right, not just impressive?
If your model gets graded against something real, we're the easy meeting to get.
