Polymorra

Get the right crystal the first time.

Seed 2026 · $2.5M Applied AI London, United Kingdom

Polymorra is the autonomous operations layer for pharmaceutical API and small-molecule manufacturing: reaction and crystallization control, AI sensing of polymorph, particle size, crystal habit and impurities, filtration and drying optimisation, robotic sampling, continuous-flow and PAT intelligence — all tied to a reactor-and-crystallizer digital twin that hits the target form and purity before you commit the batch.

A wrong-polymorph batch doesn't just fail; it takes months of the calendar with it. Priya has stood in front of that problem as a chemist, not a spectator, and she's closing the loop where it actually matters — the crystallizer. That's why we led the round.

The founder

Priya Krishnan

Founder & CEO

Priya is a process chemist who watched wrong-polymorph and off-spec batches stall scale-up again and again, each one costing months. She built Polymorra to close that loop before the batch runs, not after it fails.

How it's gone
  • 2026

    We led it

$2.5M seed, with the digital twin already in pilot at a drug-substance manufacturer.

  • 2026

    Closed the loop

Demonstrated crystallization control on continuous-flow lines, not just in simulation.

  • 2026

    Building the team

Hiring PAT engineering and applied-AI people in London.
